Continuing in Light Rain

We understand that light rain does not typically interfere with our ability to effectively clean your windows. Therefore, unless the rain is heavy, we will proceed with scheduled cleaning jobs even if it's drizzling. Our team is equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to ensure a streak-free shine, rain or shine.

Rescheduling Due to Severe Weather

For the safety of our team and the integrity of our work, we will reschedule your window cleaning appointment in the following weather conditions:

Lightning: Due to the high risk associated with lightning, any jobs will be postponed until conditions are safe.

Excessive Wind: High winds can pose a safety risk and prevent the high standards of cleanliness we promise. We will reschedule your service to the next available slot where conditions are favorable.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Our priority is the safety of our employees and delivering high-quality service to our customers. If your scheduled service is affected by weather, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment time convenient for you.
